Seung’s Bay-B
The Porsche 911 (997 MKI) GT3 shown above belongs to a friend of mine named Seung. He bought it brand new in 2007 and still owns it.
Since he bought it, he has done a few subtle upgrades, but nothing too drastic. He added a muffler bypass from SharkWerks, and custom ordered some TE37 wheels from Japan which he waited over a year to arrive.
It’s the perfect ultimate daily driver. This is coming directly from the mouths of owners. They say it’s the most reliable, most affordable supercar on the market. It can be driven basically anywhere including the track and it looks spectacular. Seung says, “I really like the car because I can beat the crap out of it and it never gave me any problem.”
He brings it to exotic car shows, charity events, and you might remember videos and photos from an exotic car rally that began in Syosset, NY and ended at the Motor Club at the foot of the Catskill Mountians in 2010 where owners of 100+ exotics got pulled over and ticketed for racing on Route 17 in Sullivan County. Yeah, he was a part of that.
He has also tracked the car in some Auto-x events and he keeps it clean and maintained by Detailing Dynamics in Mineola, NY, something that every supercar deserves.
Thanks to Seung for information and allowing me to feature photos of his amazing GT3!
